I'd start with a product or service that you know about and have a passion for. To say you're going to start a business isn't enough. You need to narrow that down a bit. For example, you probably couldn't go into the car building business because it is very capital intensive, requires being an engineer and it would take one or a few people too long to build one vehicle to make enough money especially if you knew nothing about using a wrench. You might be able to watch cars at a office building while the cars are parked in the parking lot and the owners of those cars are at work all day. You'd have to advertise to an office building that you are offering this service and try to get clients that way. As to what is a good product idea, everyone would like something that makes them smarter and more fit without the effort but some things are out your control and their ability. Start and do what you know and can "easily" do.
