what is a concrete laborer?

Anytime you here the word laborer in construction it is true to the word. I did concrete for two years, It is not easy and not for the faint of heart. It is extremely labor intensive. I would say even more than the average construction job. I found roofing to be less labor intensive. And roofing isn't easy. But in my experience anytime you see the word laborer, it means you are going to be doing all the crap the guys with experience don't want to do.

a Concrete Laborer is the the guys that don't do the skilled work.
My company, we have the concrete form setters, concrete muckers and concrete finishers. The laborers are the basically the helpers of the skilled laborers. They do the work that the skilled don't have time to do. clean up, strip forms, etc. It's the Entry Level position for all concrete work.
