The secret is that we can create whatever life and things it is that we want in life. It's describes the basic stuff in regards to positive thinking. However it doesn't just stop there. You have to also visually see your goal and have emotionally thrilled/happy feelings of already having it. I big step a lot of people miss also is that you need to let go and let the universe take care of providing it for you. Rather than trying to get money to buy a new car, you just imagine already having the car and the excitment of driving it. In essence it says that we are our own Aladdin's lamp. Also in the same term it also says if we aren't having the life we want, we are creating it too by being negative. the law of the universe is positvie attracts positive and negative attracts negative.
I would recommend you watch it.
