ask a question that you dont know the answer to do you skip it and move on or do you answer by saying 'I dont know'

I either skip it or search for the answer. It depends on the question.

Most of the time I skip it unless I think it is an opinion thing or I just don't GET the question then I may answer and say that because if I don't get it then maybe a lot of others don't get it either.

i skip it unless it's a realy funny one in which case i'll let them know i enjoyed their question, but if i don't know an answer i'll skip the question.

I answer the ones that appeal to me and can answer. Why waste an answer and someone's time by saying I don't know. Seems stupid.

It's very irritating when people write in with "Don't know" or something. Those answers are not helpful!

I've been violated for saying I don't know, I'll ignore it or thank them for asking it if it is something I been wanting to know.
