Sure can and i hope you do.

I don't know what you mean by circumstances we are going through.

What is different than it has been for decades.

You must he in the USA because it seems all of you Americans are paranoid about one thing or another.

You are just as safe today as you ever have been. Most likely you will die in a car accident bdefore any terrorist or criminal ever gets near you. I would bet you live to be old like me.

Have a good life and have some fun too. Have parties and enjoy.

What circumstances? If you mean world circumstances then they should have no impact on any type of celebration. Personally though, I think sweet 16 parties are the stupidest thing ever. What is so special about 16? You don't even get a drivers license anymore in some states. Take that away and what is so special?

I'm not sure about the circumstances but something that may only come around once should be celebrated without guilt. Special events such as graduation celebrations are important to the person because it is an achievement. Why should it not be acknowledged? What is the harm in that. ?

I think all parties should be banned as well as dancing and music playing.
