What is the best method for cleaning/sterilizing plasic water bottles?

Wash and rinse with detergent, then rinse with antiseptic.
Autoclave will melt ur plastic bottle coz steam temperatures are way higher than the melting point of ur plastic bottle.

A cap full of bleach (small amount) in a large sink full of water (hot), dip, rinse, repeat. Air dry.
