Its W-a-i-s-t. No...its not the same thing as the stomach. The stomach is an organ that is typically located above an "area" defined as the waist. Waist below stomach. Waist is where you tie your belt. Stomach is above your belly button.

holds my waist? means.. to hold in the waist. waist is between the hips and the breast. which is exactly the stomach. holds my weight might probably means something about weight.
