Well are you farting because you did it once or twice as a prank and now it just happens or is it because you get nervous when you are about to shake hands and it is oops? You need to make a conscience effort to nip this in the bud before it is your norm forever......Focus your mind on other issues at hand, like what a nice thing it is to see whoever or meet whoever.....do not say oh I am gonna fart...then you do. If it is nerves give yourself some bio-feed back telling yourself this will be fine, calm yourself, "Believe" you can stop it and you will.
