Pick which airlines you're interested in then check out their websites for applications and towns they're hiring for. I know around Gatwick the local college offers courses to give you a head start but most will take you on without formal quals as long as you have a customer service background etc.

Start by learning how to spell. If you are careless in your spelling it reflects on your personality. Bad spelling is the result of ignorance or can't be bothered to learn. Would you employ someone who can't spell?
