No, I don't think so. It's legal in Michigan. But it isn't even legal to do it at every intersection in the states where it IS legal. Sometimes there are signs saying you can't but people do it anyway. I think you can only use that ole excuse of "I didn't see the sign" once, though.

I agree with the majority. As long as there's not a sign posted, go ahead and turn.

just watch out for a "no turn on red" sign.

You should be able to turn right on red unless there is a NO TURN ON RED sign posted. And what kills me is when i am stuck behind one of them fools who doesn't turn on red when there is NOT a sign posted. I will blow my horn and creep up on their rear end and blow my horn more.... and they don't budge! What is it with these people!?!??!
