The best one by far is the HBO documentary by Spike Lee called "When The Levees Broke: A Requiem In Four Acts". It documents the days leading up to Hurricane Katrina and the failure of the United States government. There were lots of interviews with the citizens of New Orleans along with those of some celebritites. It was fascinating, sad and very endearing! Everyone should see it, you will be moved and angry!
