Say you were with a woman that was about to get a $250,000 in the near future. If you had cheated on her would you go as far as to swear on your children and lie to protect your "lifestyle," i guess you could say. Would lie for the money?

I don't know for sure that he has cheated on me. I never witnessed it, but I have had not only family members, but my best friend tell me otherwise. I don't think he has went as far as to sleep with someone else, but he is the really flirtatious type and I believe he has did some grabbing and kissing at least. Also, it's not like i can change the amount that I will be recieving and see how he reacts. He has already seen documentation on the subject. Right now I feel like something might be going on with someone at his job. There is this girl that he use to mention pretty often and then I started saying things about it. He told me he didn't even like her, that she was a *itch. But then she is the one that is giving him rides when we were repairing our car and she has gave him things. I also found a pic of her on his cell. He said that he was just taking a pic of her to show his boss what she was doing, because she was saying stuff to him about him using his cell at work. WTF!!!

All men aren't the same and don't react the same way. I always say that actions speak louder than words. Watch his actions...is he coming home late or having private phone calls, etc. These are signs that he is cheating. Only you know if you need to worry. Take a good look at the relationship and how he treats you and you should find the answer.

I wouldn't, but can't speak for the next guy. If he's acting differently then before he found out you were coming into money. He's up to something. Do you know for sure that he cheated?

Ok, the man has lied and cheated, and you are wondering if he would if his conscience would bother him to swear on the life of his children, over the possibility of 250,0000. I believe you already got the answer when you read your question out loud to yourself. If this is the situation you are dealing with, I say move on and leave the looser behind. Good luck and God bless*

if he cheated on you in the past then i would be more than suspicious of any promises he makes about the future ,any man can make a mistake but i would still be wary tell him there has been an error made and instead of 25000 you are only getting 2500 and see does his attitude change

If my wife was to get that kind of money I would recommend to her that she place it in an account or investment in her name with POD (Pay on Death) to her daughters, my step children.

When I am dead and gone, I want to be remembered as a good man, good husband, good father, and good stepfather. The other "trappings" in life mean nothing to me.

I have a good job and it supports my lifestyle, in fact my wife also has a good job and what we earn is satisfactory.

If he has lied and cheated in the past, that makes him a liar and a cheat.....right? And you're wondering if he would lie to protect his "lifestyle"? Of course he would!!

Agree with MrBlockhaus. This has got nothing to do with gender. Anyone would lie for money. Give more details, then we can give you a more educated guess.

Far too general a question. There is no answer that is fair to all men. Some men would. Some men wouldn't. It's a question of character, not gender.
