In my opinion, a good myspace page is one that isn't full of graphics, animations, movies, sound clips, background music and all the other rubbish that nobody is really interested in seeing or hearing.

Make your site easy to read, free of clutter, and quick to load. Don't force anything upon your audience - if you have video or audio you want them to see or hear, provide them with a link and let them make that choice themselves.

Depends what kind of a state it's in at the minute, really.

Most have huge room for improvement.
