Yep! There sure is! http://www.straw.com/quilting/articles/teequilts_how.html This might be a little hard to follow if you aren't used to sewing. They are pretty easy to make. They do get a little heavy when you are sewing them all together though.

You can usually find patterns at Quilt stores too. I went to Lowes and had two pieces of plexi cut, to match my pattern. Makes it MUCH easier to cut the shirts! You won't shave off any of the sides as you go and you can see through it. ;)
