Well people normally get bags under their eyes when they are stressed out and don't get enough sleep..............so try sleeping early. You can also try applying some cream under your eyes........you can get cream products to diminish bags under the eyes from brands like garnier, avon, ponds and stuff.
You should try and cool your body down.........so drink plenty of fluids (milk too......!), and maybe place cucumbers on your eyes as well...........

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.
An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

I tried Prep H on my eyes, and it hurt sooo bad! It burned my skin, dont do it! :( Be safe and use damp tea bags or cold cucumbers or even cold spoons. I am using a neutrogena under eye cream right now. It takes a long time to see results and they are subtle. I think when i am into my career i may opt for surgery to get these fat bags taken out of my eyes! Its so hard to get good sleep when i am studying all the time. Oh, also, massage under your eyes in the morning... it will help to clear excess fluid from that area.

I developed hemorrhoids about 1 year ago.
Then I dicovered this system: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=412
Hemorrhoids are in a general sense engorged veins. If this happens in the rectal area, it becomes hemorrhoids. I purchased this method that speak about the most proficient system to discard hemorrhoids naturally, without surgery. It helped me a lot! Now I live really better! I can't acknowledge how rapidly I got relief (pretty much overnight!) I didn't have hemorrhoids anymore and, in the case they will come back, I know what to do :)
After following the instructions of the method throb, irritation, shivering and draining was gone. I can guarantee that I got rid of my hemorroids problems with this method: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=412
If you're suffering for hemoroids you should definitly try it! you won't regret, trust me. Good luck!

For swelling, preparation H works good for undereye bags. Cool damp tea bags also work well. Aside from those two home remedies, see a plastic surgeon. That's the only way to REMOVE them.

Try a good under-eye lotion and a cold compress for fifteen minutes per day. Some people use cold cucumber slices, and others use Preparation-H hemmorrhoid creme to take down the puffiness. They all work, so it's really a matter of your personal preference.

Dab a bit of Preparation H under your eyes... leave for about 20 minutes, then rinse off. Works wonders!

Hey there,
I had the same problem. I'm not a physician but I can recommend a good ebook I read to solve my problems with hemorrhoids. It teaches how to naturally get rid of Hemorrhoids without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. Link here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=412
It really helped me.
I strongly recommend it.
Regards

drink loads of water, get plenty sleep and use a good light gel moisturiser for a long term fix, some herbs and supplements might help but you'll have to ask some one more expert than me on that one. the best short term fix is haemorrhoid cream... believe me it's magic!
