" Courage", I remember those day's of being angry because I had to speak for myself, after so many years of listening to others ,I had to actually give my voice a start day and how uncomfortable that was, sweat and frigid, not knowing the force behind the pushing words out my mind and mouth, Oh!, how I do remember those days.

Yes, it is about taking risks and improving on the realized mistakes. Courage comes natural if one can forget about himself and rather concentrate on the present, the problem / opportunity he is currently facing.

Animal courage can be increased by blind faith, alcohol, and dismissing the capacity to reason, etc. Spiritual courage is increased by finding oneself and understanding ones true self.

I think that the most important ingredient to courage is self confidence.People should always encourage themselves and they should stop thinking that some things are impossible.

Force yourself into uncomfortable situations. Join groups. Speak in front of small crowds. The more you force yourself to do, the more comfortable you will be doing it. Just make it a point to do uncomfortable things in front of other people.
