Its not very difficult to write such a program in VB or any other language that you know. However, to make things easier for you, become a member of "Planet Source Code" (http://www.planet-source-code.com/).
The membership is free. Search for the program you need in the programming language you desire to write your program in and there you have the code available for you. In case you use that code, donot forget to give due credit to the author of the code.

It's hard to understand your question, but I think you're asking how to write a program....

First you need to choose a language, then download the compiler, SDK or whatever you need to program in that language. A good idea is to search the net for tutorials.

To answer your question directly.........use the following example of a search term in google or yahoo or others.

You want to find a screensaver in visual basic.

"visual basic: screensaver"

The colon is important and will make your search more direct.
However in Google the above search term brings back over 2 million pages. So it needs refinement.
