No offense, but why does it matter so much? We are who we are. Are you going to be introducing yourself as - Hi my name is Jesse, I'm 39% indian? She's your mother. Even if she's wrong why would you act that way? and what if she's right? Can she "throw" it in your face then?

DNA combination from one generation to the next is not strictly predictable. You might have an African mom and a South American dad, and not be a 50% mix between the two. It depends partially on your sex, partially on mutations, and partially on random chance.
How in the world do you figure you are 39% Indian, anyway? I wonder how well we can even measure what "Indian" DNA is. Good luck with all that.
EDIT: I read this question over and over and still have no idea what the hell this guy is talking about. All Mexicans are 39% Indian, so he must be too? That's insane. All of it is insane. All I can really tell is that he is very angry.

Perhaps your mother wants to get you on the rolls so you can get money to go to college...frankly with your rotten attitude she should let you fend for yourself BUT she loves you no matter how rude you are because she is your mother...what in the world would make you say, "I am 39% Indian." Where did that come from; do you have a crystal ball?

Samuel, your attitude is so negative towards your mom that you deserve a beating. What difference does it make what percentage of what ancestry a person has? Does it make people more important, more intelligent or what? You surely, don't seem a very intelligent or caring guy.
Whatever the results of the damn test, appologize to your mother and strive to be a better person.
