my neighbers does that and it's killing my grass

That happened to me at a former place and it killed the grass and almost killed a beautiful tree.. so I had to FLUSH and FLUSH with water the ground in order to get the salts flushed on thru the ground..... NO.. he should NOT be dumping it in a HOLE but should be piping it(by a rubber hose or whatever) into the waste pipes of his house.

He should be draining it in his sewer that is how ours is setup and everybody elses is setup. I don't know why he is draining it in the ground.
