There has never been a war between Israel and Russia. There was the Six Day War betwee Israel and all its Arab neighbours in 1967.
The shortest war they say was the Anglo-Zanzibar War of 1896, which lasted 45 minutes.

War between the UK and the Sultan of Zanzibar lasted from 9:02am to 9:40am on 27 August 1896. After 38 minutes of shelling the Sultan's palace, the Sultan surrendered.

Korea was used as a land bridge between warring China and Japan.
However, when Korea was the strongest of the nations, it called its army together to invade their neighbour .. They got as far as the boarder and turned around without starting the war - not worth the conflict
(Not sure when this was, but Korea has a history over 4000 years - been invaded scores of times - attacked never)
