Are you salting your food to taste and drinking plenty of water (not any specific amount but what feels like plenty to you)
Also, please get your blood pressure checked.

So many weird things happen while you're pregnant and no two women are the same. It's probably just a pregnancy thing but after three days maybe you should get it checked out.
If I was you I'd cut out the caffeine entirely and drink a lot of water. Headaches can be due to being dehydrated and caffeine makes this worse.
Take it easy, try to reduce stress and get as much sleep as you can.
Hope you feel better.

Headaches in the first trimester are generally caused by the sudden changes in the hormone levels in your body.. They will slowly start disappating as the hormones level out... Becareful with the Tylenol remember the liver does not filter that very easily and it can cause liver damage.. Good Luck and hope the headaches cease soon...

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

yes, I regularly suffer from migraines and once I had this horrible 3 day long headache that wouldn't go away. I tried everything, tylenol, sleeping, everything and nothing helped. So I called my ob and she made me come to her office, checked me for high blood pressure (it was fine) so they gave me a shot that is pretty safe for you and the baby and they only do it unless it's necessary...call your ob to see what he/she has to say.

You should see your dr- my persistant headaches turned out to be an AVM in my brain. There is nothing wrong with being over-cautious.

it happened every single day when i got home from school when i was pregnant with my first child. it would hurt like hell and i would have to end up going to lay down and sleep for a little bit to help it. i never had them for days at a time, i would call your doctor and see what they say. they may want to prescribe you something

pregnancy either cures or increases your headaches. with my first two pregnancies. i never had headaches...with my last one, the headaches were debilitating! try drinking more water...in my case, that didn't help, the doc put me on a Rx...good luck!!!

Completely normal...although if it gets progressively worse, I would contact my OB, it could be a sign of high blood pressure.
