some people recalll some music that they like to get ride of stress. right?

There is a beat that i will hear in my head when i get really stressed. i don't know where it comes from, I can't match it to any songs or anything. I just hear it, and will repeat it to myself over and over while I'm stressed.

Slow music? It depends upon the stressor. I'd say... If I'm in a rush, I "hear" Vivaldi's Flight of the Bumble Bee. Slow music... mmmm not so much.

it depends if the situation requires a fast violent response (aka saving a life from a violent assault by fighting) my mind plays some hard fist pumping speed metal in my head othertimes when cold logical not rushed decisions are called for my mind plays soft slow 90's alternative ballads in my mind

When I'm stressed... I prefer either not to have any music at all...... or go with off-beat or hexa-beat rapid Symphonic Metal. It makes me feel more empowered...

i get songs stuck in my mind and its usually ones with good beats i seen it adressed on alley mc beal show and it was a hoot like everyone needed a theme song in their head

i play fast music in my head, but that's mostly what i listen to anyways. it's just more catchy i suppose.
