Get a good antivirus program. Here you have some free options, from which I recommend Avast:

Some Trojans can be easily found and deleted by looking in Programs in your computer. See if there is one that is written in different letters like a small capitalized title. I found one that way and it never came back. Can't hurt if your going to have to do a rebuild anyway.............
Another way is to look in the lists of programs and where you find an odd one, delete the first letter. Run the machine a while and if that cures the problem delete a few more letters and let it remain unusable.
All your ddoing manually is what the paid for software does.

There are two companies that have a solution for this trojan
01. Kaspersky and
02. Mcafee

Both the softwares are available as 30 day trial. I suggest Kaspersky.

Update your virus control center, if you do not have one download AVG free update it and run a full system scan. You should always set your Virus control center to update every day
