Its not him! It's you for letting him stay there. Put his stuff on the porch, change the locks, and get a restraining order against him. Don't try to do something stupid, as this will back fire on you, and you will have regrets. If he is still there, then I blame you. Yeah you!!! Maybe he's waiting for you to leave? Who's place is it anyway, yours or his? What if he is hoping you would disappear into thin air? What I'm saying is; every story has two sides, and you come off just a little funny. Funny enough for the police to wonder why you would make a statement such as you do. I sure hope nothing happens to this guy, as I'm sure you would be the first person they would look at. On the other hand, if you are on the up and up, why haven't you took action to have him legally remove from the place? Something is not right here. I hope you get what you deserve, and I don't mean that in a bad way.
Good Luck!!!

Get a court order against him, restraining order. Move house, dont tell him where you're going. When he's not around just pack your things and leave. But to be honest why should you go, when he's the problem. He should be the one leaving.
Yip Restaining order is probably the best thing! Or report him, and make him get locked up for longer. Why is he so terrible anyway?

Well if you have kids good luck wait till they are older if not tell him to rack off if he wont contact the police tell him you will have to contact the police if he keeps harassing you . He will do one of two things leave you alone or force you to contact them of course moving away is always an option, but that just depends how bad you want or need to get away from him good luck and take care.

If you have really divorced him then he is not your husband - problem solved. You may need to think about how to make your ex-husband disappear into thin air, the quickest way is using explosives, if you are prepared to wait you could use a bath of stong acid (remember to use gloves).

Not sure of the whole story, but it seems to me that you keep letting him back in. You sure your not depending on this relationship? Be honest with yourself and be strong, keep saying no and keep the door firmly locked, don't speak to him unless it's to tell him "no" and "to go away". If you refuse to play the game he has to get the message, I know it's not easy but be firm, set non negiotiable boundaries, not even "yeah ok, just one night". I'm sure your a strong independent woman... right.. start acting like one and kick him into touch!

Go to the courts and get a restraining order. Then call the police. Let them do the work for you.
