after spinning, you should spin for a couple revolutions in the opposite direction (a two foot spin) to undizzy yourself. it works everytime for me. i guess you should try doing the same thing for jumping, but falling down is okay because that is a part of learning.

Try skating in the opposite direction after spinning. Also, when exiting from a spin, focus on a particular object so you would not feel so dizzy. Lastly, practice spinning, the more you spin, you brain would get used to it and you would adapt to it and not feel so dizzy.

Hi, How are you? Okay, I do Ice Skating Lessons too, and a few of them I can aid you with. First, do not fear, the loop is VERY difficult. I constantly quit whilst I do the primary 3-flip. The sit down-spin, be certain you flip your foot backwards earlier than you move down. I did not recognize you had to try this to start with, however then, I bought it immediately. It additionally is helping if you'll teapot (shoot the duck) proper down and backwards too - check out now not striking your leg out to start with should you can not move all of the method down. By a camel spin, do you imply a parallel? If so do not fear - my leg does not move very top both. Hope I Helped! From ^_^Sakura^_^ xxx
