an xbox has a built-in hard disk where it can save gamefiles and music.
unlike the ps2 and the other consoles,it does not need a memory card to save,however,you can buy a memory card so you can bring your save files anywhere.
i,myself didnt buy a memory card,i just save it on the hard disk of my xbox.

no it has a memory box that has alot of room to save games at. i thought it needed a memory card when i got mine but found out different very quickly. thats a plus to the old x box.

No. There is a built in memory card. But you can buy one if you want to transfer your memory without lugging the huge xbox around.

No that was the perk of it. it was the first game console to do it but i memory card is optional. its used to have extra space or to move files to other consoles not for everyday saving. its automatic.
