I am an idiot and even I don't do things like that. Best bet is to file a complaint with the police. They can track it down through the phone company and get to the root of this problem.
I hate stupid idiots who do things like this. Smart idiots, like me, are a different story.
Now that we all have this idiot's number, we can all call him and ask him to be nice.

When I was young, a man always called my mother with obnoxious stuff. She
handed me the phone once, and I said, "Why don't you come over, so I can break
your F'n neck!" He never called again.
In this day and age though, that might not be wise. Have you called the authorities and made a report with the phone company? Pays to get paper, in case you really have do
something!

First chance I get, I'm calling HIM and sending him vulgar messages. But beyond that, if it's getting really bad, report him to the police for harrassment, and maybe even terroristic threatening. This prankster seems very stupid. just call him and scream at him a few times...that'll teach him. if he's older, you're dealing with a psycho and should report him to the local authorities,showing them the msgs...you know, big is God's garden, but many idiots jump the fence while the gate is open.(an old saying in my native language).

Have you tried calling him? Try letting him know somehow that what he is doing is causing a lot of problems. DOn't threaten him or let him know he is getting a rise out of you from it. Be cordial and try to let him know it's ridiculous what he is doing. Or ignore it and turn off your phones during the night so it won't ring. let the police know about this, they do a good job in tracking them down and filing reports to get these losers off the street.... Well, if I wanted to get back at someone who had annoyed me in some way, and I was totally without principle, I would publish their phone number on a site like this one and pretend they had done something nasty.
I do hope that posters will not call this number.

If they are calling her house phone you can block the #, but if its a cell phone you can't block it, so I'd report them.
