What was the fuss when you are hungry and your cubs need food then as a parent you will hunt anything to and not let your family starve. Unfortunately Elephant was on the menu and you didn't expect just one lion taking on an Elephant they did it as a team. if it wasn't elephant it would of been something else. I have never seen anything like that ever. As a fan of wildlife programs it was amazing. Did you see it what did you think.

I think this is the best nature series so far, I felt a bit 'gutted'(excuse the pun ) for the Elephant but then I do for any meal that happens to walk past a hungry lion - at least they only kill what they need to survive, I thought the crew were both mental and brave to be sat on top of the vehicle with so many lions about - I also like the end when they show out takes. Brilliant show bring it on !

a truly fantastic piece of natural life, bravo to the film makers!!!
They must have spent an eternity trying to film it and they were ever so brave... especially with those lions walking around their OPEN TOP van, The one woman camera person who actually said " if they just want to jump in here, they could!"
my favorite part was the monkeys walking through the water they looked very cute!
Keep it up, it makes Sunday viewing decent.

Yes I saw that but the bit that made me laugh was when the chicks were being eaten my fiance was going awww poor little things just as she was scraping the last piece of meat of half a duck which she was having for dinner.

I cannot proper analogue reception where I live in Sussex. The repeat is on Saturday early evening, not Monday as last time.
