Get a degree in fine arts.

Fine Arts - liberal arts degrees are much more applicable all around the world. :)

Beer brewer job takes years and years to perfect - don't imagine it's a very secure field

Talent/Event Manager job - sounds boring... unless you buy into that whole "celebrity" image thing...

All three for sure. While my oil painting is drying I could check on the beer that I can drink while on the phone making arrangements for the concerts.
