I am going to be changing IP, and not sure which one I will be using, because I am moving. Can I have a Yahoo address, no matter what IP I use? I don't want to have to change my email address, each time. How does this work?

Yahoo mail is a web hosted application. Which means you can access it from any computer regardless of connection type or IP address.

Yes, you can still use Yahoo., provied you have a Yahoo account. If not, just create one. When I changed ISP all I did was set my homepage to be Yahoo and have been utilizing it ever since. Good luck to you.
