That is a loaded question!
1) It's not all about sex
2) If you want better sex then consider a woman's emotional needs first and foremost. The sex will take care of itself!
3) Understand that you will never understand a woman. EVER!
4) Show some appreciation for the little things she does for you. Appreciation does not always entail SEX! Flowers, sweet love notes, cook her dinner, clean up the house. You'd be surprised how far the little things will take you!

That no one, male or female, will ever truly understand women.
That emotions are just as important as actions.
That women WILL bring up the past to prove a point, and see no foul in doing so.

To put the toilet seat down, pick up after himself, do what needs to be done without being told, to always co-ordinate shoes with outfit, to share the tv, to express his emotions in a positive way and to use creme rinse for shiny bouncy hair.

to be Gentle and in touch with what a women expects and wants. And Yes hopefully how to better please a woman even if it is orally or with digits.
