Madden Murder Trial Shocker!
After waking from a nightmare in which Zach was executed, Kendall got a little too close to Ryan, but he assured her nothing about their relationship had to change. Zach’s fears that Ryan wanted him out of the way were compounded by Dixie, who said she’d seen Kendall being unfaithful! As Zach and Dixie’s trial began, Jamie and Di hunted for proof that Tad was lying about his ex-wife’s guilt. With Erica and Jeff by his side, Josh sat in the courtroom and imagined several ways the trial could play out. At Myrtle’s urging, Kendall also attended. Just as Tad wrapped up his testimony, Jamie busted into the courtroom with a new witness who refuted his father’s story! As the jury deliberated, Kendall, Ryan, Zach and Dixie wondered what the verdict would be. Though Josh feared he’d never know who killed his father, a cryp_tic conversation with Aidan led Jamie to realize who really buried the doc! But when asked by Josh, Jamie opted to keep the information to himself.
Kendall Wants The Truth!
Kendall demanded that Zach tell her how he got the CD of Greg’s last words. The casino owner eventually admitted to having known that Greg had been buried alive but wasn’t willing to unearth him. Ryan stopped Erica from interrupting the Slaters, saying he’d only pursue Kendall if she left Zach. After a conversation in which Tad forgave Dixie for everything, she offered to move out of the casino — and Kendall’s way — but Zach said it wasn’t necessary. Ryan was happy to hear that Annie was going to stay in Pine Valley, but Kendall accused her of sticking around for the hunk. Emma’s mom coolly replied that it was clear Spike’s parents were in love with each other, and the sooner Kendall left Zach for Ryan, the better! As Ryan and Annie discussed whether she’d ever look for Emma’s biological father, David broke into Tad’s home and stole his toothbrush! Though Tad caught Hayward in the act, he had no idea what the devious doc was actually up to!

Josh Won’t Give Up!
Finding a naked Babe in the swimming pool, JR didn’t realize that a hidden Josh had been making out with her only moments before! At home, JR spilled his guts to Babe, causing her to feel guilty about cheating on him. Kendall warned her brother that Babe might never leave JR. When Colby was presumed dead, JR leaned on his wife, who was so remorseful that she told Krystal about her affair. But neither woman knew that Colby was listening in! Unable to end things with Josh, Babe kissed him and finally admitted that she loved him... but stopped short of sleeping with him again. Heartened, Josh decided to put up a fight for the blonde, which made her fear that he’d tell JR everything!

Colby’s Busted!
Colby explained to Sydney why she had to stay “dead,” and Winifred’s niece maintained her frenemy’s cover. But soon after Josh discovered Colby hiding in the tunnels! Babe forced her sister-in-law to tell the truth, but the bratty teen struck back by outing Babe’s affair with Josh! Sure that his sister was only out for revenge, JR ignored her accusations. Adam’s anger at finding Colby with Sean gave way to joy when Krys_tal announced her own pregnancy! A perturbed Colby hung out with Sean, who said he’d been conceived to save his sister, Molly. As Adam looked forward to raising a child with Krystal, Colby feared she might be pregnant!

Elsewhere In The Valley
Jonathan and Amanda made love on the Fusion rooftop. Danielle later made friendly overtures to the young man and Jack apologized to him for causing trouble regarding Lily. Moving back in-to the penthouse with Annie, Erin and Emma, Jonathan defended Amanda when JR insulted her. Moving into the Valley Inn to be closer to Josh, Jeff ran into Erica, who started opening up to her ex-husband. Lily came home from the hospital. Erin and Jamal went on a date. Di and Aidan made up.

Is Emma Dixie & Tad's Missing Daughter?
As Ryan and Annie grew closer, David teased Dixie by claiming to know Kate’s whereabouts but refusing to share them. Eventually, the cardiologist reluctantly gave Tad and Dixie information that pointed them toward their MIA daughter. After seeing Emma with Annie and Ryan at BJ’s, Dixie became convinced that the 4-year-old was her child! A freaked-out Annie left with the girl while Tad and Dixie explained their suspicions to Ryan. Annie later found Dixie cornering Emma at the Miranda Center and told her to stay away! Certain that Ryan had turned against her, Annie considered leaving Pine Valley, but the hunk swore that he believed Emma to be hers. David promised Dixie he’d do everything in his power to find Kate, and just as Tad began to wonder if Hayward was telling the truth, he learned that Annie had lied about never having met Greg Madden! As Ryan searched for a missing Annie and Emma, Tad blamed David for scaring them off. Ignoring this, Hayward shared what he knew with JR, who got an inkling of how far Tad had gone to protect Dixie. As Tad despaired that he’d never learn the truth about his daughter, Annie admitted something big to Ryan!
Babe Ends It With Josh!
After a home pregnancy test showed Colby wasn’t ex pecting, Adam demanded to know with whom his daughter had slept. Colby lied and said Josh had seduced her! As the Chandler men vowed revenge on Josh, Colby happily informed Babe that she’d have to confess to her affair in order to provide him with a sexual alibi! Josh was arrested, charged with statutory rape and released on bail, but he refused to expose his tryst with Babe. Ken-dall overheard her brother and Babe talking about their affair, but Josh later warned his sibling against telling JR the truth. The re sulting argument was interrupted by the arrival of their sister, Bi anca, who’d just returned to town. Babe realized her husband would never change, while Bianca refused to help Josh split up JR and his wife. Babe was ready to save Josh by confessing her affair, but JR interrupted to accuse Colby of lying. Though the temptation to let Josh fry was great, JR said he wanted to do the right thing to prove himself worthy of Babe’s love. A guilty Babe vowed to make her marriage work and enlisted her mother’s help to stop Josh from telling JR everything! David met Colby, who told him about Babe’s affair as well as the fact that Krystal was both pregnant and keeping a secret involving Tad. Krystal quashed David’s prying ways. Simone blamed Babe for driving Josh away from Fusion. Bianca later asked why Babe would choose JR over Josh, who had turned to Julia for advice. Tad sought answers from Krystal and later asked Julia for help at the hospital.

The Slaters Reunite!
Kendall was jealous to see Ryan with Annie and Emma, and admitted as much to Bianca. As he waited for Kendall to make a decision about their marriage, Zach was haunted by thoughts of his father. He later told Dixie that Spike’s mom was the only woman for him. After declaring their life together over, Kendall changed her mind, confessed that she loved Zach and made love with him. Ryan learned about the reconciliation, and Zach apologized to Lavery for thinking the worst about him. Even Erica saw that Zach truly loved Kendall.

Kane Family Values
Erica and Jeff argued about Josh, but the fight ended amicably and Bianca was later surprised to see her mom leaving his room at the Valley Inn. Josh refused to talk about his problems with Erica, causing Bianca to urge him to let go of his anger. But even Binks wasn’t ready for Josh’s shocking suggestion!

JR found out the Babe had an affair with Josh and got drunk and ended up in a confrontation with Erica and Bianaca over it---he got locked in the hotel room and to escape, he jumpmed out the window in his drunkeness---only it was 4 floors up so he's in critical condition in the hospital right now. Adam is threatening to take little A away from Babe---Krystal says "I love you Adam, but if you take Little A away from Babe, I'll take our unborn daughter away from you"

David is out to get revenge on everyone he feels has wronged him--it seems he lied about Emma being Kate just to get Dixie's hopes up and to destroy her hope. They seem to be hinting that Ryan is the biological father of Emma, but havent' confirmed this yet.
