I had sex the day i was suppose to start my period and now im 5 days late is it possible for me to be pregnant?

Anytime you have unprotected sex it is possible.
Usually, the egg sheds before your lining, but it may not have this time.
As well, if you had unprotected sex any time in the months prior, you could be pregnant as well. Some people have a period when they are pregnant.
I would take a test now, and when you are 10 days late. Better yet, see your doctor.

This happened to me when I was in my teens. Having sex right before my period due date made my period stall. I was young and still having an irregular cycle. Its probably nothing, but wait two more weeks and then take a HPT, during that time see if you have signs of an early pregnancy. I wish you well:-)

if u get periods on time, and if u had the sex the same day as it should have started, it is very unlikely that u are pregnant. however better be safe...take a preg test

The short answer is yes. The long answer is: I wouldn' freak out about it just yet. You could do a urine test however it is way to soon for one of those to be accruate. I would wait another week or two and if you still don't get your period them buy a pregancy test.

sure that's attainable to get pregnant after ovulation because of the fact the sperm can stay on your physique for as much as seventy two hours. i'm attempting to have a toddler and my obgyn informed That the appropriate time to get pregnant is between the twelfth and seventeenth days between menstruation. we ovulate on day 14. so sure it attainable.

if it was the day u were due, I think its unlikely for you to be pregnant. then again if u have sex there always a chance.

take an EPT test they are 99.99% acurate and you can take them the first day of your missed period.
