The best way is to ventilate your mask adequately. Alternatively, go to a motorcycle shop and buy some visor anti fog spray.

There is a product for motorcycle helmets (several brands, actually) with a name like "No Fog" or "Lens Clear". Works well.

Cut a spud in half and wipe it inside. Works on swimming goggles.

bring a small bottle of shampo or something and put a very very fine layer of it on the inside of your mask.
