Do you ever feel that certain people in your life are 'connected' to you on a different level?

I know a few people that I feel a different kind of connection to them and I don't have that connection with other people. Its as if I've known them forever.

I have said this many times to people....i have felt a spiritual connection to many people who i have just met for the first time, and talk to asthough i have known them all my life.....i dont really know what this is but it is very powerful....sometimes i wonder if God is working through them, or me.

If I had a connection to anyone it would have been a friend I had a long time ago. That is no longer the case because we have both changed over the years and I no longer think this is true at all. This old friend has moved away from God and I have moved much closer. We are so different now it's as though I never knew him at all. It's sad but he thinks people like me are waisting time with religion. I feel and know in my mind he is not just waisting his time but his eternal life. At one time, as I said we were so very close as friends and so were our wives. They are divorced now which has nothing to do with it. She has never indicated her views on God and I don't know if she is saved or not. She does know our feelings though.

Yes I have. It was such a beautiful experience. She was my boss and use to talk about the supreme power whenever we had spare time. I use to forget everything. She had given me a lot in this sense and I am thankful to her. Those moments were really beautiful. Now we are in different places but I really miss her.
