Eclesiastes 4:4

And I saw that all labor and all achievement spring from man's envy of his neighbor. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind...

Even what one believes to be meaningless serves a purpose. Suffering is just and opportunity to pay your karmic debts. "God dwells within you as you" all things are but God expressing his vision of himself,in the end all things will merge back from whence it came. as a raindrop merges into the sea. The purpose of negative circumstances is to force humanity to turn to God.

LIFE is meaningless.truth.
if LIFE is meaningless, dead is meaningless too. truth.
if one choose a meaningless concept better than another meaningless concept, this is not a philosophical selection,it is psychological in fact,{base on his LIFE and not base on his DEAD}.
IF something produce a kind of reaction {here a kind of sadness that force man to hate it_here life_ and choose another thing_here dead_}it CAN NOT BE MEANINGLESS, at least for whom who choose a different.

God is your comforter and God will light the path that is uniquely your own. I am so grateful for John 14 because it describes the essense of the role of the Holy Spirit. "And I will ask the Father, and he will send to you another Advocate to be with you always, the Spirit of truth, which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees it not knows it. But you will know it, because it remains with you, and will be in you." It may seem like a silly love song but Paul Williams wrote, "Funny but it seems like the only thing to do. Run and find the one who loves me." You will find total love and true happiness in God.

The meaning can't be found in vanity, and death is not a reward. Each of us must pass through the human experience and overcome it here or hereafter. With that in mind, life then has great meaning.

Depends on what you do with your life. A good person who helps people and spreads happiness certainly has a meaningful life.

A person who only hurts people and spreads pain and unhappiness are better off never being born.
