I started Netflix in July because we live on an Army base in Germany, and the selection of movies here stinks. We have a four movie deal with them, and up until recently they have been wonderful. We would get our movies in about 3 days (which is fast for overseas) and most of the time they would be returned in about 5-6 after mailing. Recently though, it has started to take 2+ weeks for them to receive back my movies. I reported one missing after 10 days, then it showed up 4 days later. I currently have 2 movies which I returned 27OCT06 which have not yet been processed, but the movie I returned on 30OCT06 has been received and quickly replaced. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do? I'm afraid if I mark 2 more as missing they'll say I lost them. Anyone know how many they mark as missing before they consider it "suspicious"? I've tried contacting the customer service, but to no avail.

I think it depends on the account. I had four movies stolen of my porch and they considered that suspicious activity but it only put my account on hold for one day after I called them. I have since switched to a P.O. box which works a bit better. You can e-mail the customer service department http://www.netflix.com/ContactCustService?lnkctr=FAQ
BTW if they do consider it suspicious activity a phone number will come up on the website . . . save for future use, they don't have it listed on the website otherwise.

The faster you send in movies the slower they are to send you them back. They establish a trend on how quickly you return movies then people that are slower in sending movies back preempt you. I have not had a problem with movies taking 2+ weeks but I do not live out of the US.

Good luck trying to contact customer service. I tried to contact them also. I fond most of my information in a artical in my local newspaper.

I used them about 6 months ago, they were great at first.

I would recieve their movies in 2 days tops...i watched them then returned them...then they began taking too long (7 to 10 days).

I would send them back and give them the flick.
