That is a hard one. If the person is a u.s. soldier it might be possiable though. All or 99% of u.s. soldiers have what is called a ako account. You can e-mail him or her thru their ako account. Their add. might be something like this: john.smith@us.army.mil
However that does not work all the time becuase there might be two john smith's in the army. In which case one might be john.s.smith@us.army.mil The s being his middle intial. If all else fails e-mail me and I will go on my ako account and look up his e-mail add for you using the ako white pages. You can do that unless you have a ako account. I hope that helps.
