at the age of 16 you are not finished growing yet ,,, you still have a few years to go before to stop growing... by brother was concerned about his height at your age and now 30 years later he is almost 6 foot tall,,, most of his height caught up to him during one summer vacation,,, so don't worry so much,,, besides there are a lot of girls out there who like shorter guys!!!!

It may just be your genes
but also you may just a late bloomer...

I remember there was a boy in my class
who was always very small and I've bumped
into him a year ago (we are both nearly 30 now)
and he was tall...
from what I gathered he took herbal stuff to help him grow...
but I couldn't tell you the name of it; so why not look into alternative med for some help...

Anyway, remember that most great men in the history of the world were pretty small... (also known as Napoleon syndrome... but that might not be the answer you were looking for... ;op )

Perhaps you are short?
Five-foot four is not freakishly short, just somewhat short. If you are real concerned about it, you could talk to a surgeon about leg stretching procedures (painful and experimental). But since you are 16, treatments with HGH or other stimulants would not help much.
You basically have two choices: get used to being short, or continue to obsess about it. In neither case will your decision change your length.
