ONE LABOUR COMES TO DELHI FROM OTHER STATE AND GET THE CONSTRUCTION WORK WHILE DOING THAT HE MAKES VERY GOOD BUILDING IN DELHI BUT HIS OWN HOUSE REMAINS OF MUD AT HIS NATIVE PLACE.THEN HE GOES BACK AND MAKE HIS HOME GOOD. LIKE THAT OUR NON RESIDENT INDIAN WILL COME BACK AND INVEST IN OUR ECONOMY AND WE WILL BE DEVELOPED COUNTRY.

by 2020..thats what APJ abdul kalam's vision is..he has also made a book on his vision....actually this idea came to his mind when..after an interveiw,he asked a girl who came to take his autograph ,"whats your ambition?",and the girl replied,"i want to live in a develped india"..so,well..there is a chance for it to become totally developed by 2020.i dunno about the other states..but new delhi (where i live),is really getting developed fast..because of the commonwealth games.the government is spending thousand of crores of rupees in development,more than 10,00,00,00,000 rupees or simple ten tousand crore rupees,which is equal to 250,000,000 USD.
