Im trying to find a way that I can refresh my desktop and possibly any open folders by any unnatended way,such as a command from a batch file,I could even easy macro a keyboard shortcut.ANY thin that doesnt involve the mouse.

Try F5 button!

The F5 button will do this. Try reading the Windows help - most keyboard shortcuts are listed there. It is possible to work most of Windows with just the keyboard, although some of the newer XP features are a little lacking in obvious keyboard support.

Use F5 on keyboard without right clicking on mouse
to open batch file press Enter
