why do so many countrys not like english people lol?

The English can be perceived as being very aloof and stand-offish. It isn't intended to be unpleasant or rude, it is simply a "restrained" culture in many ways. The "stiff upper lip" where folks have tended to hide their emotions - not actually a very healthy thing to do, but that's another topic.
Alas it also has some of the worst football thugs in the world which unfortunately does not help the reputation of the English much either.
Finally, in a few cases, jealousy, many places do not have the history, culture and empire of England (had in the case of the empire!).
The upside however is that if you meet a true English gentleman, you will not find anyone n the world more civil and courteous, eccentric perhaps and a little strange, but very polite and inoffensive.

I'm half German living in Ireland and in my experience with the Germans they find the English quaint, except of course the football crowds, and don't know that most English hate them as a nation.
In Ireland most people intensely dislike the English as a nation for obvious reasons but are inclined to take the individual English person at face value.
I myself hold with the Irish, I hate the english crowds abroad as much as the Germans, who are equally obnoxious in their numbers, but I don't see any reason to dislike the individual unless they give me reason to.

Are you English? Just about every country is a bit paranoid, they all think they are unpopular. Except for the french and my country, Australia. We think everyone loves us.

My philosphy is simple: Dont be narrow minded and dont judge people on what race they are from, but those who are narrow minded dont like them because of thier involvment in the world wars.
