please i want to know the best time one can have sex in order not to get pregnant.is't in the before menses or after.

Just use a condom or some form of birth control no matter what, because you never know. But definitley dont have it after your period because some time after that is when you ovulate, but it all depends on the person. I dont think you really need to know anyways. Just dont have sex, or if you are going to no matter what anyone warns you about, then use that birthcontrol.

Women who use the "rhythm method" are called "MOTHERS"!!! Come on, if you're mature enough to have sex then be mature enough to protect yourself. Yes it may feel embarassing to go to a drug store to buy condoms or contraceptive gel but I guarantee it will be a lot more embarassing to go in to buy a pregnancy test. Or maternity pads when you're nine months pregnant! It may feel uncomfortanble now to go to a clinic and ask for contraceptives but it will be MUCH more uncomfortable being a teen sitting in a crowded doctor's office with a crying baby. Please be smart.

There is no safe time even during your period. This is especially true if you are an adolescent because your cycles are still settling into regularity. You could even ovulate during your period. By trying to pick the "right" days you would be using the rhythm method and do you know what they call people who use this method? PARENTS!

Sex from the first day of menstrual period up to 8th days from her first day of menstrual period is considered safe for being pregnant. No chance for a girl to be pregnant during this period because, according to biology, woman's unfertility period for girls with regular menstruation. Newly eggs can't be fertilized with any sperm so impossible to become life. From 9th day up to the 19th day after menstruation period, chances to becoming pregnant is great because this is the fertility period of the woman. Take note that a girl regular fertility period of (10-11) days. Any sexual activity on these fertility period has the great possibility to pregnant. However, to avoid being pregnant, try sex on the 21th day of her menstrual period up to the next menstrual period, sex activity is safe for pregnancy, because girl again is no longer fertile during this period. Over ripe or matured eggcell can't be fertilized with an active sperm. That's why a girl is subject to another menstrual period to discharge all over riped eggcells.

you'll need to use a condom!!! but if you are talkin bout unprotected then you need to buckle down and figure out when you ovulate I wouldn't do it unprotect before I ovulate because sperm can live inside you so it's better to do it after you ovulate that's like 12-14 before you next period.
