from my id automatically some virus mesges are sent how do i stop it?

whenever i am online and chatting with my friends my friends say that they get mesgs from my id containing porn websites. and in their friend list they can see some cheap words behind my name. so please help me to solve this problem and i dont want to change my id...

Your computer is infected with some form of virus or worm. Update your antivirus program, restart your computer in safe mode and scan all files.
