i wanna create my own web page using notepad but i don't know how can i upload a background on the web page i'm gonna do...
can someone help me???

u can find there, how to upload a picture as ur background image for ur website.

you can upload the picture to an image host like http://www.fotojodo.com then to embed it into your background the simplest way is to use plain html and add it into the body tag like this -

well if its ur own domain u should be able to upload ur images on there but u can use photobucket :] its great i use it
