Frank De Vol did most of the soundtrack for the Dirty Dozen.

I'm not sure what tune you are particularly interested in. Is it any of the following:

The Dirty Dozen (Soundtrack) - Frank DeVol [1967] Main Title From "The Dirty Dozen" (S)/Building The Barracks (S)/The Battle Begins (S)/Girls Of The Evening (S)/The Dirty Dozen (S)/Erinsam (S)/Mission Accomplished (S)//Bramble Bush - Trini Lopez (S)/Col. Breed's Folly (S)/The Sham Battle (S)/The Chateau (S)/Switch-Hitters (S)/Finale And End Title (S)

This is an old question, but never answered sufficiently. So here goes:

As the Dirty Dozen arrive at the parachute training facility, the assembled band is playing the "Trio" section of the "National Emblem" march, by Edwin Eugene Bagley. After a drum interlude, the band goes into "The Thunderer" march, by John Philip Sousa. This is immediately followed by the "Semper Fidelis" march, again by John Philip Sousa.

The composer for the action packed score for the 1967 film "The Dirty Dozen" is Frank De Vol and the soundtrack is available from Amazon.com.
Hope that helps.
