she was beautiful before and she is beautiful now. In Kuch Kuch she was only 17 and had the beauty of a child (okay a teenager) and now she's older and more mature and has the beauty of a woman. She is thinner and looks more serious and mature. The roles she has been placed in don't allow her to be hot- but I am sure that she could look hot if she was in a role of a hot person.

If you see rani's first films you will know she has worked hard to reduce her weight tremendously. At first, she was like a new kid in the film industry. She looked kind of weird and chubby. She has grown up to be more mature looking now that you see her. Ofcourse the makeup can affect how a person looks but it can't affect how they act. She definately is better now, both lookwise and act wise.

Rani Mukherjee has become matured now.She looks much better now.she is more beautiful now than before. U can compare by seeing her photos.

rani, as compared to her past movies seems to be a little aged, however her eyes have become all the more expressive now.she is one whom people can digest as a bollywood actor easily.
