How can I find out how much activity a particular website has had?

I want to know how many people have looked at a website and clicked through to the various pages. Is it possible to track this info?

simple register an account at webcounter service, go to google and then type "free webcounter" keyword.
After you register, you will receive an email with a code, copy that code and open your index page in HTML mode, then paste it in the end of the index page, (before tag). I think so

visit www.googlefight.com and in KEYWORD1 type the website name and it will give you total visitor numbers for the day.
