Of the four main characters, NOT ONE is openly gay.
Sean Hayes has NOT confrimed or denied that he is gay. Make of that what you will. Ironic ain't it?
The other three have or are now currently in heterosexual relationships.
Until someone says publicly that they're gay, then the answer is "No. not yet"

Megan Mullaley came out as bi in an Advocate interview. Sean Hayes has not publically come out, but is widely believed to be gay. Eric and Debra are straight and have said so.

Actually Jack isn't gay in real life. Surprisingly the only gay one is Karen

well eric mccormack who plays will truman is definitely straight. he is married and has a child. as for sean hayes who played jack, i'm not so sure. he hasn'r confirmed this himself, but he probably is. from what i've read he did play a gay character in a film- i have no idea what the title was. and debra messing aka grace adling and megan mulally aka karen walker are straight themselves. they are both married to their male partners.

sean hayes is gay. he's been in a relationship with some hot guy for a looong time.
but they're very serious in real life, McCormack and Hayes.

They were pretty good actors, weren't they? Why would that be something you'd want to know? Chances are yes, one or two. Unless I am going to meet one of them, I couldn't care how they structure their lives.
On Frazier, a character that was womanizer was portrayed by a gay man. More good acting.
