Once you have the disk in the system go to the start menu and go to "run". Go to browse and find the drive you are using then find the file and double click on it then click "ok" it should at that point begin running.

You may run desired.exe by executing it from other exe that is already run and monitoring drive status (dummy solution) , or you need to create a driver (advanced solution). good luck
